The Los Angeles Police Department Metropolitan Division, also known as Metro, is an elite division within the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

The Metro Division, which also contains LAPD's Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, contains nine platoons of specially-trained police officers.
